Nope. haven't notice any increase lately. If anything, numbers are going down (for majority of local boards) but that's not just local boards issue as English part of the forum is experiencing the same thing/

I just checked and out of 16 active signature campaigns only 4 don't count posts written in local boards so yeah, situation does look good regarding that compared to some previous times . Then again, I don't think that local boards are affected much with this rule as I think that people will write in their local boards whether posts count or not. For example, until recently I've been 2 years in signature campaign that doesn't count local board posts and that didn't stop me from being active in my local and I think is the same thing for majority of other members.
