Rules are clear on good platforms in Terms of service, FAQ, Terms of condition, but cheaters don't read or they read and ignore it all. They believe that they are skillful enough to cheat successfully.

Then in the end, when they get caught and accounts suspended, frozen and can not withdraw money, they call a platform on which they cheat a lot, is a scam one. Such scam accusations end with Negative, Fail for cheaters.
