Exactly, top coins have seen ATH levels and chances are slim to hit same price point due to high volume and coin circulation. For higher ROI investing in small marketcap altcoins can be perfect decision but the higher reward means accepting more risks. Small investors should stop listening to Elon Musk and invest in where smart money flows in, IMHO.
