I appreciate if you are the employer of the gambler because after you removed him from the company and funded the treatment until he recovered and paid 100% during the treatment, in fact can you do that if your position is the employer of the company?
Maybe it's not impossible if the facts are true, if only the gambler has proud achievements in his previous company and he has the ability to work professionally.
