As far as I can tell, Bitlucy are doing their very best to keep their promises despite all the allegations thrown at them. I've never heard a real testimony of a scam with a real proof, all of the negative accusations came from newbies and those that sees the Bonuses they had as something 'they own' which obviously is never something they worked hard and invested. So far, Bitlucy's soft launch provided a new visual, which concludes how the team were really desperate to make changes and provide a quality gambling experience they promised.
