This example is maybe out of reality now.
A company that has 1000 employees surely gives the salary, not by hard cash. In a company, those employees that work in the payroll department are just processing the computation of the salary. These people never hold the cash literally and then will give it to the employees lol.
Can't imagine the company will give that 1 person the whole salary of their 1000 employees and take care of ALL the company spending. As you said, that company has 1000 employees, therefore, you can expect that money will come from the payroll account of that company.
That employee would never ever have any access directly to the money. Why would a company do that if they can directly pay?
