we have to see that people who work in a financial department must be people of good character and cannot be people who have problems with gambling addictions, let's imagine that a company has 1000 employees, the company owner puts a guy addicted to gambling in the position of financial director, the guy is responsible for paying salaries, buying things for the company, making payments for goods and services to the company, paying all other company bills, how long will this guy addicted to gambling be able to resist seeing company money and not stealing to support gambling addiction? it will be inevitable that he will steal and leave 1000 employees without wages and can lead the entire company to bankruptcy, a person addicted to gambling needs to be hospitalized and undergoing treatment cannot be working in some sector that deal with money

This example is maybe out of reality now. Grin

A company that has 1000 employees surely gives the salary, not by hard cash. In a company, those employees that work in the payroll department are just processing the computation of the salary. These people never hold the cash literally and then will give it to the employees lol.

Can't imagine the company will give that 1 person the whole salary of their 1000 employees and take care of ALL the company spending. As you said, that company has 1000 employees, therefore, you can expect that money will come from the payroll account of that company.

That employee would never ever have any access directly to the money. Why would a company do that if they can directly pay? Huh
