You have a good intentions but i think it is not simple as what you think, if that would really help to solve poverty maybe every government already print a lot of money and give it to the poor residence but it is not, there are a lot of factors to balance the economy and printing more money is not really a solution it can only increase the prices of the goods because people will have a lot of money to spend on goods i think government need to balance the economy by printing money depending on the real output of every country to balance the inflation because if people have a lot of money the demands of the basic needs product will increase but the supply will still be the same it will leads to inflation and that will be a problem.Create usd or other stablecoin like eur or why not gbp...

Overcoming poverty is not as easy as we imagine, in my country the government tries to provide financial assistance to the poor. But that doesn't
keep them out of poverty, because the poor mostly do not understand how to manage the income they get, or they do not have the knowledge
to improve their lives for the better. Therefore, the plan to give stable coins to the poor, I make sure it will not solve the problem of poverty that
occurs. In my opinion, providing education and knowledge on how they manage their finances is much more effective in overcoming poverty.
Or the government provides free training to improve the skills of the poor, it is much more beneficial than providing financial assistance.
