I don't think we will focus, so the choice is to be alone or enjoy the natural surroundings, we have to leave gambling temporarily so we don't lose control if we continue to insist on gambling. The best choice should be to calm the mind to be alone or gather with family in the park.

refresh our mind for a while could make our mental and psychology going better. when we have bad mood , better stay away from table and take a rest till we have good mood. it have big influence to our bet or trade when in bad mood we still in.
