As far as release dates we did not give an exact date for the master branch merge since we required to setup the nodes prior to release of the wallets otherwise they would have nothing to connect to. This is not a regular hardfork we have performed in this version. Please be patient as the mining pool syncs as we have fixed syncing from block 0. All nodes have fully rebuilt the chain from block 0 and this has caused the bulk of the delay on the wallet release.
