Maybe you need time and a little patience. Parties from Stake.com are trying to optimize this problem. Because it is quite time-consuming so the process is a bit long. Since, it is just an auto betting thing, I am not sure if Stake would be working towards that too much, they would help maybe if asked but I doubt that it would be a priority for them. It is not really something they can't offer themselves, if there is a good amount of people who gamble with it and they make money because of it, then they could end up with doing one inside and built in and they would get those customers into stake as well.

I fear that it is something that used to be more valuable when it was used by people who couldn't find auto-betting in casinos but nowadays we have that and there is no reason to use it. Some still do, but not as much as it used to be.
