While i am not trying to discourage you, for now, it is much better you try out other Bitcoin or forum related things, like garnering Bitcoin knowledge, engaging in 'real' discussions in diverse sections of the forum, and most importantly try to better your reputation on the forum, i see you have been tagged for merit begging/bounty cheating, that is more or less what you get when you make bounties your sole purpose on the forum.

I am afraid with the kind of reputation you have, no company will hire you as a manager for their project, except only scam bounties, which will only put you into further problems in the forum, and could completely ruin your account.
