It depends on how you fine tune your cards configuration and normal hash rate for the 3080 with just a little tuning is that 92 Mhsh you have.The real maximum power of such card is 100 Mhsh but at the cost of higher memory temperatures which can reduce the cards lifespan,if I were you I would just continue to mine with Nicehash or any other miner but don't change anything in the fine tuning of your cards, 40 Mhsh if we get 5 Mhsh more on average per card won't make you a millionaire.

If you want to try and see the difference I suggest you download lol miner from the official thread here,latest version and just double click "mine_eth" bat file without changing anything,test for 5 minutes with the wallet of the developer and if indeed you see a big difference in hash rate,then you can convert to lol miner and change to your wallet.There is a lot of documentation on how to do that.
