I think that casinos are just afraid to implement payments in Monero. And they can be understood. After all, they will publicly inform users about such payments by writing about the possibility of paying for Monero. And this will immediately attract the attention of all those who, on duty, follow the "money laundering". Well, the corresponding checks, hassle and other troubles leading to the loss of money will follow. And they can generally be accused of this laundering, closed, and even initiate a criminal case.
Not a single sane casino, I think, will go for it.
