I never had too much money under my control, like maybe couple hundred bucks at most, and my salary was bigger than that, so why would I risk my job and even commit a crime just for something that would be lower than one month's salary? This means, the 99% of the jobs in the world are either digitally controlled when talking about finance, or we are talking about people who do not posses any cash at all, which means there is no worry.
Our grandparents used to say - if you want to judge a person - travel with them, and if you want to see the honesty of a person - check his financial dealing.
HAd that been our employer - yes that would be his case of concern.
