I think you spoke with live support. How much amount you are trying to withdraw from there? and can you please post a screenshot your conversation with BitLucy owner By looking at that we can understand that you are telling the truth.

BitLucy was a good site and it always did their job well. If this is the case then maybe they are in trouble now. So they should be given time to solve their problems and stop using their site temporarily.

This one should be ignored imho.

I would happily post screenshots of my conversations with multiple support agents, including their management, and my entire account history. However, yet again, the website is totally offline.

Rather than dismissing the issues myself and other players are reporting - i think its important that players thinking of depositing know what is really going on here. It is not a casino in any position to pay players their winnings at the moment.
