People like it cuz doge's price grew fast! There was a "push" from dev side. And nothing else.

The Dogecoin devs and those who were there at the very beginning decided to make lots of documentation that would be very easy for those non-tech noobs and also they gave away tones of coins in the first few weeks.

The devs spent a lot of money it is not a cheap video, it is a professional production, they used the same Coca Cola angle, if you drink coke you will be surrounded by beautiful girls.

It was not luck not because the price went up, it was a calculated and effecting marketing strategy.

We need to do the same thing.

We need a hook, Spartans are associated with hard work and training so maybe get a famous athlete or UFC fighter to promote Spartan coins to the people in the fitness industry.
Then we can give out lots of paperwallets on the streets when the campaign hits the general public.

Thanks for the info! Sounds like a very good idea and something the community would be able to get their teeth into. Anyone know anyone famous? lol If not it's a case of emailing people and offering some form of sponsorship maybe?
