There's noting wrong with discussing this here. This is Bitlucy's service thread, and if people are having issues with their service it's perfectly acceptable to bring it up here. If this casino turns out to be a scam then this is the best place to discuss that too. People need to be made aware of what kind of service they're about to use... Or not.
This is true. Everyone in this service thread has to know about bitLucy. And everyone visits gambling topics more than Scam Accusations thread. So if Bitlucy is a scam for any reason or there is a problem with their services, then it is better to discuss those issues here.
