Quite a few people have mentioned the slow page loading and our people are working on it. Its especially so on the sports betting page as you mentioned, which unfortunately is also the home page of the site and where every user first lands. So not a great first impression but I promise we are resolving this. Thanks for highlighting this, user experience is of course key especially in such a competitive market.

About withdrawals in bitcoin, let me double check on that one and get back to you. Look forward to seeing your name on that withdrawal list after some big wins!

Yes they have a Curaçao license. You can verify the validity of their license from here.

In fact it's better this way. It's better to not allow visitors from restricted countries to access the website, rather than letting them create accounts and make deposits then banning their accounts for being from a resricted country (like some other casinos do).

Hi khaled0111, yeah, the Curacao licence means some countries are restricted which is a slight obstacle but rest assured, if any member here has any issues with withdrawals from any country, just let me know and I will sort it out. We're definitely not interested in having people deposit and then blocking the withdrawals of their winnings.

Hi Wiwo, I did reply to this one above, sorry I'm like going down the list... so, slowly but surely I'm getting to each post and trying to respond. Not sure if my previous reply was sufficient, but I believe the issue arises when a player subscribes to a bonus and deposits money. He will see 2 balances. A real balance of his deposited funds and a bonus balance. Now if you try to withdraw right now, you will not be able to cause the bonus has been subscribed to.

If you want your real balance withdrawn right now, you would need to unsubscribe to the bonus. But please bear in mind, unsubscribing to the bonus will mean forfeiting any amount in the bonus balance which may or may not include any winnings you have made by betting whether that bet was placed using real or bonus funds. But the platform will most definitely not take any money in your real balance.

Hope that helps to clarify. Thank you for highlighting this and appreciate very much your help in bringing any issues like this to the fore so I can be made aware just in case for some reason I miss out on any posts.
