That's why the Russian state always takes positive things even though there are many hot issues out there that act to create bad reputations for bitcoin because they want to see people leaving bitcoin.
I myself am also not too concerned about the hot news or other news about their country, I think it's normal but their mentality to use bitcoin is strong enough with all the risks.

Even if the Russian state continues to do so, it will not stop bitcoin from growing, even in Russia itself because bitcoin is not just for Russia.
Hot news or other news will always be there and it is our job to filter out true and fake news so that the news does not influence us.
But someday, the Russian state will turn in favour of crypto, where more Russian people will use crypto.
Let them talk about crypto, let alone spread fake news about crypto.
