I sent an e-mail requesting refund of my CA batch Neptune Friday morning, including bank details. The response within 2 hours: Refund will be processed shortly. Today the status in the history switched to "Order refunded".

Will let you know when the money hits my account.

My online bank account statement shows the money has arrived today - very fast indeed !
