When it comes to cryptocurrency Investment, of cause Long term is a better type of investment. I know people do day trading and there are higher risks with that even if you are an expert because any news can swing the market in a split second and everything is lost especially if you are leveraging and if you want to HODL for the long term also make sure you are investing in the top projects and not some scam coins.
