Hello I joined your site I like the background and the games you offer I deposited and placed a bet that was a winner but I can't withdraw

Error message: withdraw is not available because bonus is not won back

Does that mean I can't get the reward.

If you subscribe to a bonus when depositing, there is a requirement to wager a certain multiple depending on the bonus subscribed to. This can be anywhere from 1x upwards. The conditions are written on the bonus being subscribed (but may not be prominent enough as you need to click the 'i' button for details). Your dashboard should show the progress of the wagering amount remaining. Once that condition is fulfilled you should be able to withdraw the amount.

I think while depositing I clicked the subscribe button, but then I unsubscribed so that my balance and bonus balance were forfeited because I don't like waiting. You must have mentioned the terms and conditions of the bonus in this thread

Hi Ulven, yes this is most likely what happened. If you subscribe to the freespins and then signup you and use the freespins and win. The winnings go to your bonus balance in your account which can be seen in the dashboard.

There is a wagering requirement which is only 1x of the bonus and we have no minimum or maximum. Once you fulfill that, then the bonus amount moves to your real balance for you to play or withdraw as you wish. This 1x wagering is stated on the bonus when you subscribe (click the 'i' symbol top right). Sorry it's probably not prominent enough so you may have likely missed it. I apologise for this and we will try and find a way to make the conditions more obvious without too much clutter to try and prevent this from happening again. In that 'i' are the various conditions including one which states "Unsubscribing from this promo after placing any bet will result in funds in your BONUS balance being forfeited."

Again, sorry if the terms and conditions were not clearly highlighted enough, will work on trying to resolve this.
