local shops will not accept to use bitcoin as exchange of their material or products with bitcoin and if they do bitcoin will have more courage and influence in fiat currency. That is why government will not allow Bitcoin to widespread for transaction. But if have gas station or supermarket i will introduce the system of using bitcoin for payment

Local shops can decide to use bitcoin for acceptance of payment only if the owner of the business is a bitcoiner or into bitcoin and if the country where the local shop is found has not banned bitcoin totally. I have come shopping where bitcoin is used to buy things.
