I think the clothing department will take every step necessary to make sure that the players play at their 100% in every match.

But, the change of location and weather is always going to affect any athlete at any time. often we forget about the Jet lag which at times can prove to be a really bad thing for any player. But that obviously does not affect the players directly as the weather does. I don't think it will be that much of a problem because most of the players are used to playing in different conditions.
Asian region in the Middle East has quite hot weather and a challenge for players who are currently actively playing in the European zone, they will have difficulty adapting to hot weather conditions. Weather in Qatar is currently 44°C and the organizers have to postpone the match until November 22, 2022 so that the weather in Qatar is not really hot. Maybe little disturbed by the world cup event which is usually held at the end of the competition break but this time when the competition or league runs for about 10 weeks. Usually on June have held FIFA World Cup match but when choose Qatar with hot weather have change all schedule where usually held. I think not bad because all player will adapting with new schedule regulation.
That is the valid point. Very difficult for the players to adopt the hot weather of the Qatar. What do you think - the precautionary measures they will take?
Will the players be arriving early before the tournament so that they are comfortable in the environment? Any leads?

UEFA has already made a lot of changes to make it easier for footballers who suffer from severe physical and mental strain by playing matches in extreme weather conditions.
We already have a rule that more players can be replaced during the game and we have had a cooling break for a long time, when it is very hot on the field.
UEFA has become very flexible in this regard, and has even postponed the World Cup and decided to hold the World Cup later, in November, to make it even easier for players to play.
If necessary, UEFA will certainly take additional measures to make it easier for footballers to play.
