So, I replied that my documents were completely genuine and sent an additional set including my government issued passport, another government issued utility bill, and yet another selfie of me holding the passport this time. They still are leaning into my documents being fraudulent and refusing to pay me the winnings I made on their site, requesting that I send them a BTC address so they can refund my deposit.
With this post only, it does not make sense to prove that your document is genuine.

However I don't recommend you to post photos of your personal documents here. The same for TrustDice company because they have responsibility to keep their user documents secured and safely.

If you want to prove that your document is genuine, it must be done via a third party, a mediator if possible. I don't say anything bad about your case but assume you actually use faked document for KYC, it seems that are more unacceptable activities with your account. If it is the case, TrustDice team actually do have more evidence against your case.

Well, there are many things that sometimes we do not do with caution and this type of eventuality usually happens, it is difficult but sometimes you have to read all the T&C, I am one of the people who sometimes for the emotion of entering a casino platform quickly I do not stop to read them, it has happened to me, sometimes it is difficult when the rules are not followed, it is like entering someone else's house, and in someone else's house they have their own rules and one as a foreigner cannot implement their own rules knowing that there are already some to comply with, I would recommend appealing in another way, perhaps in support you can say that you can propose to give a more specific KYC, sometimes there are sites like Binance that when they suspect unusual activities they usually say that they are going to do a quick verification , like a live video to check if it corresponds to the person, sometimes they do this for security, you can propose something like that and negotiate to see if they can help you with that.
