Hm I thought that Coinbase was the first exchange that release debit cards as IIRC one friend got his Coinbase card back in 2019 while Binance card  came to Europe in mid 2020 and I got mine few months after that. But Binance one is immensely more popular, at least here in Croatia.

In general, if you seriously delve into this aspect, then the first exchange that announced its crypto debit card was the Bitfinex exchange, it was back in 2015, but the first exchange that not only announced, but was able to issue a physical plastic card was precisely Coinbase, yes.

So pretty much the standard stuff and its good to see how situation changed compared to 4-5 years ago when Wirex had fees for every possible thing making it very impractical to use. What i would like to see is debit card with high daily ATM withdrawal limit as Binance allows only 290 euro which can be quite restricting.

I think the situation with KuCard will be the same, yet these cards are poorly suited for cash withdrawals, but more for online purchases or through payment terminals. The same applies to cards of payment services that work with cryptocurrency, for example, the advcash card also has a very limited cash withdrawal limit. I think this is due to the regulation around cryptocurrencies, and regulators do not want people to be able to withdraw a lot of cash through banking systems using crypto cards.
