This kind of thing is normal. When we see that we are almost there, we strive more to get it. Of course, those players are not crazy enough to spend more than what they can afford to lose unless that person has a gambling disorder. Also, I never on my part, I never regretted anything when it comes to achieving a status rank up in a Casino. It gives more benefits and bonuses so I think it is worth the spins and bets especially if you are winning while hitting the wagering requirement for status rank up.
