There is still no official announcement from Arsenal and Manchester City like they have finished the deal completely. Because of this maybe there might still be one last chance for Tottenham to intervene this deal and make their own offer for him. However I haven't heard anything like they are preparing an offer for him recently. They just seem like they are watching this deal afar. Even if they don't sign Gabriel Jesus it should still be just fine for Tottenham because they don't need a striker immediately now.

I agree Tottenham didn't prioritize the striker position too much for them to sign, because Tottenham still have Harry Kane at the moment. So if Tottenham
fail to get Gabriel Jesus, I don't think Tottenham will be too disappointed. After all, there was never any news of Tottenham making an offer to Man City
for Gabriel Jesus. So far, of all the teams that want Gabriel Jesus, only Arsenal have looked serious by having several meetings with Man City,
to negotiate transfer fees. So I think it's natural that in the end Arsenal will get Gabriel Jesus. After all, Tottenham are not only after Gabriel Jesus,
