What I understand is he has a list of priorities and none of us know what's in the list. Something is very important to us could be less important for him, not saying that changing the net score is something very important right now. It's working but it would be better if the score is higher. Hopefully he also see the importance like us.

I remember when I was asking to change the display name, his response was very quick in PM.
