I am getting someone to look into this as I feel as though our platform is being restricted in way more countries than others with a similar licence which should not be the case.

Can you share the list of restricted countries according to your license either here (preferably) or in your T&C!
For privacy reasons, some members may not feel confortable sharing their personal information such as their location. But by by posting the list here, users who can't access your website can check if their country is on that list or not, if it's not then they can report it here and you will know if there is something wrong with your Geo blocker.

I read that T&C has a list of restricted countries, I'm not sure what you mean?. (just ctrl+f, restrictions) how to find it. they already listed specific games for example, Evolution Gaming, No Customers shall be accepted from Base restrictions: Albania, Australia, Barbados, Botswana, and etc...

Yes, you are right. Their terms and conditions contain only a list of game providers and territories from which customers cannot be accepted for that specific games. From what I can tell, there's no list of restricted countries to the site as a whole. Since GXGBet is a licensed casino, it is understandable that they are not available in all locations worldwide. They should update their T&C to reflect this.
