My understanding that he is referring to is the post link that is hyperlinked to the text '20 -50 times in a 12-hour period', because it states there that only 25 times/day can be claimed by those at iron1 and iron2 levels. I just visited Bitsler again today and it has already changed, 50 claims per day are also now for the mentioned levels and at the starting or no level remains 20 claims/day.
