In my opinion , I think you should have added another stable coin here which is USDC . Now let's choose from USDC,BUSD, USDT. In these stable coin I will choose USDC and BUSD  because these are have more transparent background support than USDT or Tether what ever you say. Yes it's true that USDT have the most marketcap  and took 1st place  in the market of stable coin but rather than busd has the support of Binance and usdc have the support  coinbase and the co-founding of the CENTRE Consortium. So I will alsways choose usdc and busd
