I think both USDC and BUSD had been fully audited and they passed it, they both are backed by USD 100%. Unlike USDT that were fined because of a false statement that their USDT is 1:1 backed by USD. It is logical to choose the one that is fully backed by USD when it comes to long-term holding aspect.

USDT is very popular because it is the earliest stablecoin to tap the market.
