Yeah and foremost we shouldn't only looking to win the contest, well many people will join because they want to win, but we should look in the different way what's does we get while participating the contest. Of course our skills will improve since we're force to create the best art that we can make. IMO prize is just a bonus and motivational to win the next contest because Roobet have conduct multiple art contests every few months.

You don't have a competitive spirit if you will not aim to win and for sure if you just post a art without putting much effort to defeat the past winners of the contest then most provably you are just wasting your time. Prize is huge inspiration to anyone who submit their own creation because Roobet pot prize is kinda appealing to anyone for sure the basis of new participants or even the old ones are the art of the past contest winner that's why the competition became more tighter since there are so many participants submit their own craft.

Aside on the quantity of participants you could also see that some of them are really having those skills which do really give out that upperhand compared to those who do have standard skills on drawing

or art which there's nothing we can do about it since we do have different skill set and specialty.To those past winners then there's no doubt about into their work which is something extraordinary.

Its true that Roobet sets out prize pools which is really decent-generous which could really give out that kind of inspiration for you to give out your best.
Although as part of competition then dont expect that much considering that there would really be lots of good entries.
