I believe they get good effects, good results, and good income from promotion by acquiring more new users, getting more bets from current users. If they don't have good income from users, they can not have profit and budget to run it months to months.

so they have dedicated some amounts to these promotion which keep players engaged on duelbits as they see these rewards.So with increased promotion budget they can gain more and give more to the community.
