Unfortunately it seems not realistic to me. The only possible way will be someone to start a massive campaign against them. It will obviously need a fund. Someone who is responsible and trusted can monitor the campaign / project. But I do not think anyone will be much interest to do so, even a lot of gamblers are fine to lose their hard earned money.

Exactly because its very hard to file a lawsuit while you are on different country and it cost huge amount of money. 1xbit knew exactly this information that’s why they just ignores all the complaints and keep there shady operation despite of bad reputation here since there’s still a lot of players out that didn’t know how tainted there reputation is.

A social media post campaign might be a good start to exposed this scam exchange. We just need to make it trend so that the public can see what’s the cause.
