I haven't seen any competition over the last few seasons but I agree with what you said about Dortmund being good at looking for talent here.
Indeed, their eyes are quite observant in bringing in young players and making their potential shine even more because indeed not a few great young players started there.
It's a shame that their talented talents are not used for competitive purposes, even though it's quite worth it from a business perspective.

Of course, Dortmund is a team that produces really talented players. However, the problem is they don't have those players to keep them in the team and win trophies with them. Instead, Dortmund is a team that finds players so that they will be able to make a profit from those players later by selling them. If the talents that Dortmund finds were used for competitive purposes, I think Dortmund could have been a team with a lot of trophies to show. But that is not the aim of the club at all, they just want to do well in business
