Yep, Duelbits customer service is really fast to address your issues, so it's understandable if they didn't have active representative in this forum. Though in some case there's few issues need more times since they need to look the whole account, system etc to see the account broke their rules or genuine gamblers.
I ever KYC-ed centralized service and it take long 7-14 days, 2 days is still tolerateable.
As I knew, the campaign manager of Duelbits, Hhampuz already knew about it and forwarded it to Duelbits team. You are right too that 2 days is still tolerable waiting time.
I saw Duelbits team handled accusations against them in the past very well. First of all, it's because they did not arbitrarily to block their users without valid reasons and evidence. Well because they paid their users without issue. If any issue that causes withdrawal reject, that means Duelbits did it with valid evidence.
So I believe they don't do it different this time. Just wait for official post from Duelbits team in coming days.
