i can not withdraw my balance from this bookmaker. This is the situation after they freeze my account for 10 days, void my bets without explanation and now freeze my withdrawal for 5 days after their operator authorize my withdrawal. Customer service keep me hanging with stupid excuses...they just want me to forget about my money.
Do you know why exactly Betnomi voided your bets and why is transaction still pending?
There are two official Betnomi accounts active in forum, but they should reply to you and explain reason for pending withdrawal on their website chat.
I don't know if they changed something this year, but I remember last year they had to proceed some withdrawals manually, so it was slower process and you had to wait for days.
First of all, for some (magic) reason as soon as i write in this forum my transaction was completed, what a coincidence after almost 5 days waiting.
Betnomi voided my bet for no reason i bet a minor sport book event and for ABSOLUTELY no reason they voided all my 3 winning bets. No proof was given for this action and no justification. Well probably the only reason was that these bets were winning bets. After that they LOCK my account for 10 days and cut my balance stealing me about 70usdt (see their chat message). My only guess on transaction "pending" for 4 days is that they try people to forget about their money so that they can steal from them at a later moment, this is my only guess. I can not believe what they said in chat "technical reason" and stupid stuff like that. All what they tell me in support were excuses and more excuses just not to realise my funds.
Anyway, i am out of this nightmare, i would NOT reccomend anyone to play here! They simply cheat on their user.
