Man United are finally making some moves in the transfer market, Lisandro Martinez seem like a decent player going by his stats and highlights and he was a core part of Ten Haag team at Ajax, so it's rather not surprising if he's requested that the club should endeavor to sign him. I may not have doubt about Lisandro Martinez abilities at the centre of defense, but adapting to the premier league would be a tougher task compared to anything he's witnessed in the eredivisie, where Ajax are always the favorites in up to 96% of their fixtures, if not all. At Man Utd they'll be the underdog in a lot of matches and the matches in which they're the favorites wouldn't come any easier as well.

Chelsea is now doing amazing with how they started the window. They have picked up the pace and now bought two amazing players for offense and defence but i still think they need that striker. They are still missing the center forward to complete this transfer window

Sterling is still quite good I think as for the center striker he can still be used although indeed if Tuchel wants to experiment there are Havertz and Werner who can be used as options and Sterling is kept on the wing I think this is something that might happen.
Regardless of what now they are really doing some transfers quickly when compared to when the transfer window opened

Sterling would make terrible player if he's played at the CF position, he often needs space to be more functional and with his height, it would be a terrible decision to play him there.
