just imagine if every member of a sig campaign who didn't write English well were to start dropping those kinds of posts just to fulfill their campaign quota. All we'd have all across the forum would be advertisements, and personally I'm here to read people's thoughts on things, not to be the target of people selling things. I get enough of that off bitcointalk as it is.
That's when campaign manger comes to do their duty. Sooner or later a good campaign manager will notice it and warn them. After the warning if they continue it then they will remove him from the campaign. I am confident that Hhampuz hasn't discovered it yet.
