Mane and Lewandowski are different players and have different styles. Mane contributes more for a team in general and Lewandowski is more similar to Ronaldo, hunting goals. I don't think Mane will be able to score about 40 goals each season like Lewandowski so if you mean filling it is a task for Mane, it is impossible.

About Kane, his time is ending and if he did not move last season, won't move in this summer, I believe he will retire in Tottenham. His love for Tottenham and his belief in Conte will keep him in the club until his best time passes. After that, chance to move and find challenge for him will be smaller.
