As far as I understand on how support typically handle this kind of issue, They usually just tell you to be patient about the update and they will suggest you to connect only via mail since that’s the only official way to update or send concerns if live support can’t handle your issue. 4 weeks is indeed frustrating and not acceptable to handle this kind of issue because its too long to decide and investigate to a single account alone.
Support takes time but usually Duelbits have very good support. Good means fast.
