Based on your trust rating, you are the one who is a cheater and a proven liar. Ever since I have joined julerz12's bounty programs, I've already acknowledged the risks because no matter what happens to the project, it's not his fault because he's just into bounty management. The projects are the one that should be shouldering the blame. He is just honest to all of the participants whether if the project is successful or not, especially token distribution in which most of the time he uses escrow.

julerz12 knows what he's doing especially as my fellow kababayan. One of the most trusted bounty managers I have ever worked with since the very first campaign that I have participated under him. I stand with julerz12.
