Yeah for sure dortmund cannot rely only on him as the recovery might takes infinity time in his case , a huge loss indeed as he just arrived to replace haaland and now the club need to looking for other option at the front force.
So far they are not yet linked to any player to replace haller.

Luis suarez could be the best option available for now , it would be a bit strange to see him at bundesliga but worth to try though.
