I saw there response yesterday and it’s good to know that they are still the same on handling case like this. Its worrisome to think that multiple issues arises with valid proof being unhandled here but I guess they just removed a person in charge to moderate here since there’s nothing much to do here since the casino is running smooth in past few months. Hhampuz notification to them play an important part to assign again a person who will take care on issues here.

All casinos would get complaints and a lot of them will not be valid. The ones that seem valid, need to be handled in a good way, but it is good to see the representative back from Duelbits to answer on some questions. It might take a while before the issue gets resolved but at least they are busy with it.
That is why I do not own any casino. I had plenty of times when I had the money for it, or had partners that had the money for it, I worked with people who had millions of dollars, could have done a decentralized one where people put up the bankroll, all kinds of ways, never did it. I mean think about it, gamblers as customers? No thanks mate.
I mean gamblers are the worst kind of customers and it doesn't really turn into anything for people that are happier as your customers. Since technically speaking it is a business where customers will have to lose money while hoping to earn some, that will end up with them making a lot of complaints and cause you to be quite upset.
