The issue in the other thread regarding an allegation being made against Duelbits has been resolved. In my view it was never a scam allegation in the first place but nevertheless the case has been resolved: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5406536.msg60611038#msg60611038

I hope this case also is resolved soon but I have to say locking this thread would be a mistake because Duelbits will not be able to post here when they are ready to update.

If I calculated correctly the OP here has had a 29 days wait and it must be highly frustrating. Having said that, if some form of fraudulent activity has taken place then Duelbits should not be paying out. Equally, if their internal investigation concludes nothing suspicious happened they should (and will) allow the OP to withdraw. The problem in this process is the delay, we simply do not know how long this will take.

Since they acknowledge that they are investigating your issue you will have to extend your patience further, I recommend that you lock this thread until they resolve this issue or give us an update on the development of your case, and to avoid speculating on your case, of course, the decision is still yours but it's good that Duelbits posted here to acknowledge the issue and gave us an update, just hope that it will be resolve in your favor.

this is still not resolved so there is no reason to lock the topic. I understand if they don't want to publicly share the reason for their internal investigation, but their direct users are in the dark and have no promises about when the problem could be solved.
I think that one month days is a too long period, and by now they had to do all the checks.
