Honestly, this is what I always tell people and I am happy to see someone that understands that the KYC thing is something that's beyond the casino's power and once the casino Master license holder introduces a rule and regulation the casino must comply.

This is what I don't get to people, they are afraid to do KYC but they almost expose their whole life on social media. As long as the casino is reputable and you don't have criminal records that could alert the authorities then it should not be a problem complying on their rules. Criminals can't just use your identity if you limit what you post on the internet. Casino's usually just ask for your complete name, address, and a valid id to prove it. I don't think that is enough for someone to use your identity for their bad intentions.
Probably they still believe that cryptocurrency should remain decentralized which included being anonymous. We are in a different situation now, we all want the adoption to happen but in order to achieve that, we should accept that regulation is a key and with that said, expect that KYC will slowly implement later on. I'm wondering if those people really trust their banks, they think their personal details is safe with the bank well in fact, they are also selling that information.
@xSkylarx people with criminal records can still do KYC is he/she funds is from a good source and never abuse the casino rules and regulations. About, social media, I believe some people never wake up to the fact social media is one of the number one platforms that makes them vulnerable.
@Johnyz You have a point and people have to accept the fact that if we want every crypto related business or activity to grow there will be some certain sacrifice.

I think a user needs to understand that with so many gambling regulations in place, and many more following Roobet has no option but to strictly apply KYC rules and if a user doesn’t like it then they should not deposit their funds there simple.

@xSkylarx people with criminal records can still do KYC is he/she funds is from a good source and never abuse the casino rules and regulations.

How can a casino say or prove that the money he's using is from a good source if the person already has criminal records? It's like saying the authorities won't arrest a criminal on an airport that is trying to escape because he doesn't violate any rules within the area.

If a casino allows him to play on their platform then they are risking their business that could result to a permanent closure once authorities knew it.

@xSkylarx totally agree with you because there’s no way for Roobet to find out if the user who has a past criminal record is now using clean funds, hence it’ll make sense if they decide to ban such user’s right away for their own safety.
