Based on what I have seen in this thread thus far, I do not see this a scam therefore I cannot support you as a victim. I do sympathise with you because there is no time-frame for conclusion in investigations added in their Terms and Conditions and this month of waiting has been very hard on you.

I was using bug in house game for win iam already was withdraw 1btc ..the bad thing that they are was so late for info me about it because iam already was withdraw it all and spend it for my mother cancer and she already died before 3 days and i have zero now .. but i should even get more then 1btc because for bonus bug like this also i was not said or share this bug to anyone so there is no more loss for casino ... Duelbits should pay you for not ruining their games by making the bug public. Do the right thing @ Duelbits.
