I think it is depending on the terms of the bank, some banks may consider a huge transaction as questionable transaction especially if the transaction is rarely happen or frequently happen in the account. Of course it is the responsibility of the player to control the transaction from his bank account. The casino has no responsibility if there is a problem in the bank account of a player due to the transactions to/from a gambling site.

In order to solve this kind of problem in banking, it can be effective if gamblers are given a withdrawal limit at a specific time. But casinos or gambling companies may not want to do this as it may have some kind of negative impact on their business. In this case, it is better to increase the transaction limit from that particular bank.
